Our Barbacks are considered bartenders’ assistants. Their duties include collecting empty glasses (bussing), preparing garnish trays (sidework), getting ice, wiping down the bar (cleaning), and restocking supplies. Cocktail waitresses are responsible for taking customers orders delivering the alcoholic beverages to the customers at tables or standing chatting.
